Job Summary

The Operations Manager is a key member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, responsible for driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management: Maintain an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and supervision.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Support the Store Manager in managing sales and inventory levels to meet business objectives.
  • Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing store finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Customer Service Leadership: Promote a customer-centric culture and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Retail management or supervisory experience.
Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
