Role Summary:

As a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our developed solutions align with business requirements and maintain high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will encompass creating automated testing strategies, planning, and executing test scripts for various applications. You will also monitor and report on testing progress, product quality, and adapt testing plans as necessary to meet changing conditions. This position demands a highly skilled individual with expertise in the following areas:

  • Leading the establishment of automated testing frameworks
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Developing and maintaining essential documentation such as requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, and regression test plans
  • Creating workflow diagrams and refining regression test plans
  • Documenting and reporting on test outcomes
  • Analyzing results from automated test scripts
  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ensuring that solutions meet business needs prior to user acceptance testing

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 6+ years of experience in quality assurance testing, utilizing industry-standard methodologies
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in business process analysis and test automation development, preferably with Selenium
  • Experience in designing and developing test automation for GUI, API, and back-end database verification
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration testing tools
  • Experience in automated mobile testing using cloud-based solutions
  • A four-year degree in computer information systems or a related technical field
