As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a patient-centric team while maintaining the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dental professionals and ensure excellent quality of care for all patients.
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
Requirements:
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
