Olympic Medical Center (WA) is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Orthopaedic department, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our Orthopaedic Surgeons and Podiatric Physicians to deliver high-quality outpatient orthopaedic and sports medicine consultation and follow-up care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialty outpatient orthopaedic and sports medicine consultation and follow-up care in the clinic and OR setting.
- Collaborate with Orthopaedic Surgeons and Podiatric Physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Rotate a week of call with other OMP Orthopaedic APC's.
- Maintain current DEA registration and BLS certification.
- Maintain current privileges and membership on the OMC Medical Staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a physician assistant program and certified by WA State or Master of Science in Nursing, Masters of Nursing, or equivalent Nurse Practitioner Degree.
- 2 years prior orthopaedic experience preferred, but not required.
- Current Washington State RN Licensure and current Washington State ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in Washington State or Current Washington State PA-C licensure and prescriptive authority.
