Orthopaedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Olympic Medical Center (WA) is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Port Angeles and Sequim, Washington. As a key member of our Orthopaedic team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with our Orthopaedic Surgeons and Podiatric Physicians, and contribute to the growth and development of our clinics.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and operating rooms
- Collaborate with Orthopaedic Surgeons and Podiatric Physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Perform procedures, including injections and minor surgeries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in Orthopaedic care
- Graduate of a physician assistant program and certified by WA State or Master of Science in Nursing, Masters of Nursing, or equivalent Nurse Practitioner Degree
- 2 years prior orthopaedic experience preferred, but not required
- Current Washington State RN Licensure and current Washington State ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in Washington State or Current Washington State PA-C licensure and prescriptive authority
- Maintains current DEA registration and BLS certification
