Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for leading and managing various insurance programs, analyzing exposure data and loss information, and preparing presentations for renewal submissions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong technology skills, including the ability to analyze large quantities of data. You will work closely with our Director of Treasury (Risk Management & Insurance) to manage day-to-day activities related to insurance programs and financial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of various insurance programs
  • Analyze exposure data and loss information
  • Prepare presentations for renewal submissions
  • Assess the impact of insurance renewal options and present recommendations to leadership
  • Check insurance documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure timely payment of premiums
  • Serve as an insurance subject matter authority to assist internal groups with insurance-related issues
  • Work with outside contractors and insurance brokers to accomplish Risk Management objectives
  • Review contracts for appropriate insurance language
  • Coordinate physical and virtual policy storage
  • Design and implement methods to improve processes
  • Coordinate issuance of surety bonds
  • Lead or assist with projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or four or more years of work experience plus ARM or CPCU certification
  • Six or more years of meaningful work experience
  • Experience in a corporate risk management department, commercial insurance brokerage firm, or related position
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and G-suite
  • Ability to capture and analyze large quantities of data
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong social interaction skills
  • Ability to work through issues and complete deliverables
  • Willingness to travel
