Senior Manager Order to Cash B2B Applications

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Manager Order to Cash B2B Applications to support day-to-day operations of B2B/B2C supply chain systems. This role involves performing research, analysis, design, and architecture in support of strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage SAP Sales and Distribution processes, including order processing, pricing, billing, customer returns, and more.
- Conduct meetings with business users to determine process requirements in supply chain and integration with processes such as e-commerce, omnichannel, and remote order entry.
- Work with other functional managers to coordinate assignments and projects.
- Ensure adherence to Core IT policies, procedures, and guidelines while designing IT solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with business users, BRMs, IT colleagues, and external resources.
- Use application delivery tools and methods to document business requirements, analyze existing and/or new applications, and propose potential solutions.
- Analyze supply chain reporting using reporting tools.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Order to Cash processes with a focus on Sales and Distribution.
- Strong MS Office skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage change.
- Ability to manage business users independently and be self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
