Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Bancroft NeuroRehab. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations, activities, and staff of assigned program sites within direct areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides supervision and oversight to direct reports within direct areas of responsibility, ensuring proper staffing levels and work distribution within assigned program sites.
Conducts regular staff meetings and attends program management meetings to promote a constant flow of information, open discussions, knowledge sharing, and to keep staff well-informed.
Manages the ongoing job performance of direct reports, develops and communicates performance goals, completes performance evaluations within established timeframes, and determines and implements disciplinary action as needed.
Ensures adherence to all established policies and procedures within the Operations manual and Bancroft's Policies and Procedures manual, and complies with state regulations and accreditation standards and Bancroft's quality standards for safety, security, cleanliness, and comfort.

Requirements:

An incumbent in this position who has graduated from an accredited college with a BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology AND possesses at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
High School diploma or equivalent required with two-three years in the Human Services or related field. Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals.
Brain Injury/BIS Day Treatment Program Managers are required to achieve certification from the American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists (AACBIS) within the first 18 months of employment, and maintain ongoing annual certification requirements.
