Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise and guidance to clients on risk management strategies and solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Strong background in risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results and growing client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or risk management

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
