Business Development Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and exceptional organizational abilities. This role requires frequent local travel to engage with potential clients and schedule appointments with our in-house sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients within the automotive dealership sector
Prospect and generate leads for the internal sales team through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits
Qualify prospects to agreed-upon criteria with the internal sales team
Present and sell DealerFLEX's hospitality and transportation services to car dealerships
Develop client relationships to support internal sales teams in generating new business
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Coordinate meetings with potential clients and the internal sales team
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote DealerFLEX services
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Attention to detail for capturing all prospect interaction notes into CRM daily
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
