About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Consultant Lead to join our IT Service Operations (ITSO) Governance team at Wells Fargo. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategies to improve the maturity of our controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead initiatives to assess immature environments and improve process maturity
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing processes and their associated controls
  • Act as a liaison between the business area and technical organization to drive accountability for assigned initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: business process or quality assurance
  • MS Tool Suite proficiency
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework
  • Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Framework
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
