About this Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned professional to lead talent management and performance improvement initiatives across the organization. As a Lead Talent Consultant, you will partner with senior leaders to design and implement strategic talent plans, succession strategies, and organizational design initiatives. Your expertise will drive business outcomes, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to drive business growth and employee development
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement succession plans, organizational design initiatives, and performance improvement programs
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform talent management decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive business results and employee engagement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management skills
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and employee engagement through talent management initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
