We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your set territory to manage current clients and develop new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Routinely coach and manage Field Employees and deliver a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our clients.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct safety walkouts with Field Employees and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
  • Client Satisfaction: Conduct routine check-ins with clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members to operate as a well-oiled machine.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and fostering strong business relationships.
  • Results-Driven: A strong work ethic and a results-driven approach are necessary for success in this role.
