Sales Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking a vibrant and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in North Dallas, TX. This role involves identifying prospective clients, generating leads, and increasing bookings for group events, team outings, and corporate partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or event management industry. They should be able to meet or exceed sales targets, possess strong networking skills, and have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Target prospective clients and generate leads through various channels to increase bookings for group events, team outings, and corporate partnerships
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our venue as the ideal location for their events
- Customize sales pitches and presentations to resonate with each client and demonstrate how our attractions and services can provide exceptional event experiences
- Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events and maximum revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide feedback on customer trends to improve our offerings
This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 plus monthly commission - Uncapped earning potential, flexible work schedule, and complimentary admission to our venues for you and your immediate family.
