Job Overview

Sock Club is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, managing the sales process from start to finish, and guiding clients through a seamless and exceptional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Strategic Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, understanding their needs and becoming their go-to resource.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sock Club's product suite and sales process to close deals that align perfectly with client goals.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing teams to create prospecting email campaigns and effective outreach that drives adoption of our products.
  • Exceptional Support: Be the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, overseeing order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and forecast account metrics, ensuring you meet and exceed revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales, with a track record of exceeding KPIs and performance goals.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at the Director and VP levels.
  • Experience in the Distributor and Promotional Products industries (a plus).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, reporting tools, and sequences.
