Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HR operational administrative functions at CAIR LA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, including at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, and be proficient in using an applicant tracking system and a payroll processing system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Oversee employee celebrations, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives such as engagement surveys and team-building activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other personnel matters.
  • Support employees and managers through the performance review process.
  • Coordinate workplace investigations, leave of absence requests, and accommodation processes.
