Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to provide technical support to troubleshoot, enhance, and develop products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product Expertise:
    • Know our products and services thoroughly.
    • Handle complex customer queries and provide detailed information.
    • Stay updated on technology trends in the healthcare industry.
    • Create and implement protocols for product growth and changes.
  • Customer Alignment:
    • Build strong relationships and understand customer challenges.
    • Provide expert guidance to solve application issues quickly.
    • Focus on new product introductions using our solutions.
    • Enhance customer operations through process improvement.
    • Conduct product and engineering reviews to capture value.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:
    • Partner with Sales to offer tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Technical Service for feedback.
    • Identify product enhancements and new ideas.
    • Participate in training and industry events.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Undergraduate degree in engineering
* Minimum 5 years of technical experience; packaging experience preferred
* Strong conceptual and analytical skills
* Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
* Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent project management skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Ability to work independently
* Leadership qualities and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Understanding of plant processes
* Healthcare market knowledge (desired)
* Minimum 50% travel required

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
