Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Hiring process management, including job posting, candidate resumes, interviews, and new hire orientation
  2. Termination process management, including preparation of termination paperwork
  3. Communication of human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations to management
  4. Maintenance and updating of human resources documents, such as organizational charts and employee handbooks
  5. Investigations into workplace complaints, providing recommendations for resolution
  6. Entering new hires data and personnel changes, updating employee time and attendance, and assisting with benefit program enrollment
  7. Background checks and employment verification through E-Verify
  8. Employee training assistance
  9. Safety compliance and concerns advisement
  10. Email management and confidential filing

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in a comparable human resource role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex issues

The estimated salary for this position is $58,500 - $68,500 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
