Job Summary:

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads while fostering existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
