Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Team to drive revenue and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with the Sales Team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
- Work with the Sales Team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
- Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
- Collaborate with the Support Team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
- Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
- Become a subject matter expert for TQL's new transportation service
- $40,000 base salary with uncapped commission opportunity
- Paid relocation to TQL's HQ in Cincinnati, OH

- College degree preferred, but we have successful Account Representatives without one
