Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Outcomes and Evaluations Manager at Turning Point Community Programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and assist Lead Data Analysts, Data Analysts, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of data management systems and processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection and reporting systems to support program evaluation and outcomes measurement.
  • Conduct inter-departmental training on new analytical technologies and tools to enhance data management and analysis capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations on program outcomes, data collection methods, and current tools and methods to support program staff and stakeholders.
  • Represent the Outcomes and Evaluations department at meetings and trainings as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with program staff, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure effective data management and outcomes measurement.
  • Collaborate with the Health Information Management department to implement, monitor, and evaluate internal data collection procedures to ensure key program performance outcomes measurements and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain data quality control systems to enhance data-based decision making and quality control methodologies to improve accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of program performance data.
  • Assist in the development of systems and protocols to support the organization's collection of client satisfaction data and related reporting protocols to ensure client input and feedback regarding quality-of-service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of database searches, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • California driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
