The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity and efficiency of our HR technology, driving improvements and providing insightful reporting on compensation and benefits data.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize the functionality of the HRIS, including installation, customization, and upgrades.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to HRIS users.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify system enhancements and implement effective solutions.
- Manage user permissions and system settings to ensure a secure and efficient HRIS environment.
- Develop automated queries, filters, macros, and reports to streamline HR processes.
- Compile complex data reports for various departments including HR, Accounting, and Legal.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT services, and external payroll vendors for system projects.
- Conduct thorough compensation analyses and prepare detailed recommendation summaries.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to current compensation practices.
- Update and maintain automated salary management tools with accurate company data.
- Assist in the creation and revision of job descriptions in collaboration with HR teams.
- Support executive compensation analysis, including benchmarking and trend analysis.
- Participate in the preparation of Total Compensation Statements to enhance employee understanding of their benefits.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations within the HRIS.
- Stay informed on trends in HRIS technology and vendor offerings.
- Analyze and maintain compensation and benefits data for reporting purposes.
- Engage in compensation surveys to assess competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the development of compensation policies and practices.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including merit and equity analysis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting with a focus on actionable insights.
- Understanding of HRIS database design and functionality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Minimum of three years of relevant HRIS experience in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in Human Resources is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- BA/BS degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field.
