Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of licenses and permits across the nation, with a primary focus on renewals.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for all relevant licenses.
- Monitor received documentation and progress, ensuring compliance with necessary licenses by conducting thorough research and applying for new licenses as required.
- Collaborate with Licensing Staff to ensure effective business license maintenance.
- Foster relationships throughout the organization, maintain a metrics report for the Licensing Manager, and update procedural manuals as necessary.
- Handle various tasks while upholding confidentiality within the Legal Department.
- Conduct research and apply for new licenses as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with complex databases such as License HQ or similar.
- Proficient in Excel, including data entry, formulas, and reporting.
- Background in processing licensing applications or renewals.
Work Environment:
This position is fully on-site, offering a professional office atmosphere with a business casual dress code. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start and end times.
