Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of licenses and permits across the nation, with a primary focus on renewals.
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for all relevant licenses.
  • Monitor received documentation and progress, ensuring compliance with necessary licenses by conducting thorough research and applying for new licenses as required.
  • Collaborate with Licensing Staff to ensure effective business license maintenance.
  • Foster relationships throughout the organization, maintain a metrics report for the Licensing Manager, and update procedural manuals as necessary.
  • Handle various tasks while upholding confidentiality within the Legal Department.
  • Conduct research and apply for new licenses as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with complex databases such as License HQ or similar.
  • Proficient in Excel, including data entry, formulas, and reporting.
  • Background in processing licensing applications or renewals.

Work Environment:

This position is fully on-site, offering a professional office atmosphere with a business casual dress code. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start and end times.
