About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Assyst, you'll work closely with our product teams to understand customer needs, identify business requirements, and design solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical skills will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining business process models, data flows, and other documentation
  • Ensuring effective change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing
  • Providing input into business analysis methodologies and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful business analysis projects and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service management frameworks
