Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Austin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth and expanding our media offerings in the region.
About the Role:
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

What You Will Do:
- Shadow seasoned Account Executives and managers to learn best practices
- Prospect and cold call new businesses to drive revenue growth
- Develop deep understanding of the OOH industry and how to make strategic pitches
- Schedule face-to-face meetings with clients and agencies
You'll Be Great For This Role If:
- You have proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets
- You have strong client relationships in Austin and a keen understanding of the market
- You have professional experience selling local media in the Austin market (preferred)
- You are a self-starter with excellent time management, decision-making skills, and a strong work ethic
- You have outstanding communication skills; excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
