Position Overview

We are seeking proficient Customer Technical Specialists to enhance our service delivery and assist clients with diverse technical requirements. The successful candidate will engage in professional service provision directly to end users, both in-person and through remote assistance. This role is integral to supporting critical operations and collaborating with a dedicated team focused on national security and public safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and support a range of technologies, including networking equipment, computers, printers, and communication tools.
  • Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Facilitate desk-side support for software deployments and hardware upkeep.
  • Set up new user equipment and manage IT asset inventory.
  • Advise on process enhancements and emerging technologies.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for security clearance.
  • Background in IT support with experience communicating with senior management.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Department of Homeland Security.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Cisco, and Microsoft.
  • Understanding of Cisco switches and fiber optic connectivity.
  • Experience with Cat6 and fiber optic infrastructure.

Salary Range

$30,000 - $48,000. This represents the typical salary range for this role based on experience and qualifications.
