Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Customer Technical Specialists to provide exceptional support for our clients' diverse technical requirements. The successful candidate will deliver professional assistance directly to end users, both remotely and on-site. This role is crucial in contributing to significant missions while collaborating with a committed team focused on enhancing national security and public safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and support a range of technologies, including network devices, desktops, laptops, printers, and communication tools.
  • Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Facilitate desk-side support for software installations and hardware upkeep.
  • Set up new end-user devices and manage IT infrastructure inventory.
  • Suggest improvements in processes and new technological solutions.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the capability to obtain security clearance.
  • Proven experience in IT support and effective communication with senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with DHS.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Cisco, and Microsoft.
  • Understanding of Cisco switches and fiber optic interconnectivity.
  • Experience with Cat6 and fiber optic infrastructure.
