Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- U.S. Citizenship with the capability to obtain security clearance.
- Proven experience in IT support and effective communication with senior management.
- Familiarity with DHS.
- Relevant industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Cisco, and Microsoft.
- Understanding of Cisco switches and fiber optic interconnectivity.
- Experience with Cat6 and fiber optic infrastructure.

Salary Range
