Core Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and provide support for a range of technologies, including networking devices, computers, printers, and communication tools.
- Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Facilitate desk-side support for software setups and hardware upkeep.
- Set up new user equipment and manage IT infrastructure inventory.
- Suggest enhancements to processes and explore new technological solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- U.S. Citizenship with the capacity to secure a security clearance.
- Proven experience in IT support and interaction with senior management.
- Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
- Relevant industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Cisco, and Microsoft.
- Familiarity with Cisco switches and fiber optic interconnectivity.
- Experience with Cat6 and fiber optic infrastructure.

Compensation Range
$30,000 - $48,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this role based on experience and qualifications.
