Hotel Front Desk Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and authentic individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Representative at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experience is seamless and memorable.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
