Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at SummitHR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years of business sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and methods, including marketing strategy, tactics, and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales growth.
  • Knowledge of the Title, financial, and servicing industry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
