Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate I to join our Member Service Center. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of Oklahoma's largest and most reputable credit union. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members through various communication channels to facilitate non-cash transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information about the credit union's offerings.
- Guide members in utilizing our digital services, promoting self-service options.
- Support the training and mentorship of new team members.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address and resolve unique member inquiries.
Compensation:
The starting hourly wage is $21.36, with actual pay determined based on experience and internal equity.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a credit union or banking call center is preferred.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued. Hybrid work options may be available after the initial training period.
Required Certifications:
- Bonding as required by TFCU.
- Completion of communications and regulations training.
- Completion of CCR I Capstone for this level.
