Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate I to join our Member Service Center. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members through various communication channels to facilitate non-cash transactions.

Compensation:

The starting hourly wage is $21.36, with actual pay determined based on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a credit union or banking call center is preferred.

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued. Hybrid work options may be available after the initial training period.

Required Certifications:

  • Bonding as required by TFCU.
  • Completion of communications and regulations training.
  • Completion of CCR I Capstone for this level.
