Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to support our Executive at a leading high-end interior design firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative needs with precision and reliability, arranging and coordinating conference calls and meetings with finesse, planning seamless work-related travel details, handling incoming phone calls professionally and promptly, and maintaining office supplies.
About You:
- You have proven success as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- You are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- You possess proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities like a pro.
- You have a keen eye for detail and are proactive in anticipating needs and taking initiative to get things done.
- You stay calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
