About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Sarah Z Designs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have expertise in Excel and are proficient in using various software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking materials as needed.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
