Job Title: Deputy Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Program Manager to support our client, CISA. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days of remote work and 2 days of on-site work in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full authority and responsibility of the Program Manager in their absence.
  • Provide program management capability and professional business relations with a diverse customer base and across a multi-disciplined team.
  • Formulate and enforce work standards, assign schedules, review work discrepancies, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute requirements, including timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), timely identification and resolution of issues, effective/responsive management of Subcontractors, overall customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior.
  • Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
  • Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain an effective Project Management Plan and Quality Control (QC) program to include a schedule of deliverables and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Manage Profit / Loss contract responsibilities.
  • Support Business Development opportunities that are related to the individuals assigned contract and personal expertise.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Top Secret clearance (SCI Eligibility)
  • Prior experience supporting Cybersecurity related organizations (CISA preferred)
  • A minimum of ten (10) years' recent and relevant experience managing the subject task in a contract of similar size and scope.
  • Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • MUST hold an active PMP certification
