Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the ITSM, ITAM, and change management needs of our IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and a strong ability to architect solutions that meet our organization's needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
  • Develop technical architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows to support business processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Develop the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
  • Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and catalog items.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and other integration techniques.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize ServiceNow performance and scalability, and implement performance tuning measures and monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards in ServiceNow implementations.
  • Create technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
  • Strong knowledge of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
