- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.
- Develop the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and other integration techniques.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards in ServiceNow implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
