Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Go intellects Inc. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the ITSM, ITAM, and change management needs of our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Develop the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and other integration techniques.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize ServiceNow performance and scalability, implementing performance tuning measures and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards in ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
  • Strong knowledge of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
