Manpower Engineering is currently seeking a skilled Laboratory Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. This position is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality within our operations.


Position Overview:
As a Laboratory Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within our analytical laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal standards in the QA/QC laboratory.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of products manufactured throughout the facility.
  • Manage a team of 10 direct reports, providing guidance and support.
  • Set objectives and coordinate laboratory operations, including procurement and upkeep of laboratory instruments and materials.
  • Conduct performance assessments, manage work schedules, and enforce disciplinary measures when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related physical science is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or training is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical expertise with effective leadership skills.
