**Job Summary**
Manpower Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Laboratory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Lead a team of 10 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Establish goals and objectives for the laboratory, including purchasing and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Participate in performance evaluations, schedule and approve overtime, and take disciplinary action as necessary.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a physical science preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training required.
- Ability to be technical/hands-on, but also possess strong leadership skills.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $89,100-$148,000, plus a bonus structure.
