Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of Patch within the enterprise sector. Your contributions will significantly influence the company's growth trajectory, product development, and strategic direction. You will work to broaden our customer base, cultivate relationships, and oversee the sales process from initial prospecting through to credit acquisition and subsequent growth. As a founding member of the Enterprise Account Executive team, you will leverage your innovative problem-solving skills to address market needs and negotiate successful deals that advance Patch's mission of rebalancing the planet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects while conducting thorough discovery to identify needs and challenges.
  • Promote Patch's value proposition and present our solutions to decision-makers at organizations committed to ambitious climate goals.
  • Develop enduring relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor with expertise in climate solutions.
  • Identify avenues for growth and product innovation to guide the company's strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on customer needs.
  • Occasionally travel for events, client engagements, and internal meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex sales cycles with organizations of 1,000+ employees, consistently exceeding sales targets in dynamic environments.
  • A results-oriented mindset with exceptional time management skills to balance various responsibilities, including pipeline development, relationship management, and sales activities.
  • A willingness to engage cross-functionally at Patch, collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to achieve client success.
  • Experience in successfully launching new products or solutions and a proven ability to challenge conventional approaches; familiarity with Challenger Sales methodologies is advantageous.
  • Possess a professional demeanor when interacting with decision-makers and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to working in a mission-driven organization.
  • Willingness to work from the office a few days a week.
