Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new guest services staff members.
  • Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of guest reservations and billing details.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve guest issues and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized guest services area.
  • Monitor adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cash handling is essential.

  • Minimum of six months experience in guest services.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
