Position Overview

We are in search of a Reception Coordinator to support our Account Development team. While APM Music operates remotely, the selected candidate will be expected to work on-site when the office reopens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming calls to the main line, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for clients.
  • Oversee the customer service queue in Service Cloud, addressing client inquiries related to account issues, licensing, and submissions.
  • Assist the Publishing Operations team with copyright claims and related tasks.
  • Support the finance department with follow-ups on overdue invoices.
  • Document all activities and data in Salesforce.
  • Qualify leads from marketing initiatives to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through research and communication with potential clients.
  • Maintain organized company-wide documents and calendars.
  • Complete vendor forms and payment information as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product features.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Sales and Marketing teams as required.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or sales coordination role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • A genuine passion for music and understanding of the industry.
  • Technologically proficient.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to clients.
  • Results-oriented with a resourceful mindset.
