Upper Extremities Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Upper Extremities Sales Associate to join our team at Stryker Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with Sales Representatives to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow the Upper Extremities business in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify sales opportunities, deliver excellent customer service, and develop strong customer relationships.
- Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use and functionality.
- Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff personnel on product use, maintenance, and updates.
- Work with sales teams to contact customers, identify sales opportunities, and develop responses to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to competitively position the organization.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to meet and exceed business targets (quotas).
- Assist in the resolution of any problems or questions that arise in accounts.
- Manage inventory levels and sets to meet customer needs.
- Market the product line to customers, based on knowledge of functionality, features, and factors that differentiate Stryker's Upper Extremities products from competitors.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Associate's degree or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) with at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
- High School Diploma with at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
- 4+ years of active duty military service.
