Job Description
We are seeking a Floorcovering Management and Sales Professional to join our team in the Floorcovering Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and selling floorcovering materials to commercial consumers, including large property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and sell floorcovering materials to commercial consumers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
- Partner with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee a multi-million-dollar business
- Provide leadership and insight into the development and strategy of facilities
- Assist in growing the company's market share by partnering with and selling floorcovering materials
- Gain insight into the organizational structures of customers operating in key market segments
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the development program
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
