Position Overview

The Installation Analysis Engineer plays a crucial role in the evaluation and assessment of subsea structures and pipeline installations. This position involves utilizing advanced software tools to conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and ensuring that all installation analysis criteria are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct FEA assessments of subsea structures and pipelines using industry-standard software.
  • Acquire proficiency in Orcaflex commercial software and enhance Python programming capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams to align installation analysis with project objectives.
  • Engage in the review and optimization of installation procedures.
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive installation analysis reports and presentations.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, civil, or offshore engineering is preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new software tools and technical competencies.
  • Educational background in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and relevant technical applications.
  • Must be a US citizen or possess authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship.
