Product Management Leader for B2B eCommerce

At OrderMyGear, we are shaping the future of group online commerce. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving key growth outcomes and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.
OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic product leader to join our growing Product Team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and create roadmaps that enhance our platform's functionality, usability, and user experience.
You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements based on customer needs and business goals. This includes creating business cases to inform strategic roadmap investments, developing and maintaining product documentation, and collaborating with engineering and UX designers to ensure product development meets the defined requirements and user needs.
In addition, you will work with Product Marketing to drive successful product launches and ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction. You will also communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including customers, internal Teams, and executives.
Responsibilities- Drive key growth outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach them
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases, user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and UX designers to ensure product development meets the defined requirements and user needs
- Work with Product Marketing to drive successful product launches and ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction
- Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including customers, internal Teams, and executives
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a B2B Product Manager, eCommerce experience a plus
- Proven success in delivering B2B SaaS products and features that meet user needs and drive business results
- Experience driving long-term product strategy with strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
