The Koch Group, a leading supplemental health and life insurance provider for middle-income American families, seeks a B2B Sales Ambassador. As a result of our supportive team environment and leadership development opportunities, we've achieved a revenue compound growth rate over 20% since our founding in 2005. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus performance-based commissions and bonuses.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers using our long-established system.
- Meet agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Lead training meetings and set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about latest developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in face-to-face B2B sales.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Self-disciplined.
- Able to learn and apply our proven sales system.
