Job Overview
The Koch Group, a leading supplemental health and life insurance provider for middle-income American families, seeks a B2B Sales Ambassador. As a result of our supportive team environment and leadership development opportunities, we've achieved a revenue compound growth rate over 20% since our founding in 2005. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Job Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers using our long-established system.
  • Meet agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Lead training meetings and set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about latest developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in face-to-face B2B sales.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Self-disciplined.
  • Able to learn and apply our proven sales system.
