Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents, and lease apartments to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Property Tours: Conduct property tours to showcase the amenities and features of our residential communities.
  • Resident Retention: Work with residents to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to retain them as long-term residents.
  • Renewing Contracts: Negotiate and finalize lease renewals, ensuring seamless transitions for residents.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter resident information and lease data into our property management system.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leasing Experience: Prior leasing experience, preferably in the multi-family industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
