Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Work collaboratively with clinical supervisors and other team members to achieve treatment goals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience working with children and a genuine desire to learn about Autism and ABA Therapy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
