Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Technician to join our team at Therapeutic Alliance, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) in collaboration with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Conduct behavioral interventions and provide support to clients and their families.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Assist in identifying and obtaining wrap-around services to meet client needs.
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
